A Pentium 4 or higher PC running Windows 7, Windows Vista, XP Pro or XP Home Edition, Windows
2000 with 512MB of RAM and 20GB free disk space; a 1024x768 or higher color screen resolution with
256 or more colors; Microsoft Internet Explorer (5.0 or above) or Netscape Navigator (5.0 or above);
and to use Email, an SMTP server and login or an installed MAPI Email client such as Microsoft Outlook.
